Trees for Lunch

Trees for Lunch (sub easily for WFPB) for Bright Line Eating from Forkish Habits
Do your kids have silly names for food too? Mine called broccoli, trees. Tomorrow is the first day of spring, (bye-bye winter) that seems like a great reason to eat some trees! This quick crunchy lunch that we’ve enjoyed for years, is so adaptable, uses leftover protein, and very easily made WFPB. Check out my short video for this new BLE compatible lunch that you can make the night before or eat fresh. I’m telling you it’s so flexible.
