Today we are making a Bright Line Eating weight loss lunch recipe. If you love loaded bake potatoes or potato skins, this may be a new healthy favorite for you. I’ve served this to friends and family many times with rave reviews!
*this recipe includes 1 slice of no sugar bacon-which is BLE compliant for 1/2 a protein. If you need help locating no sugar bacon brands check out the multiple options in the grocery list below.

Bacon Substitution Ideas-

If you wish to avoid the bacon, substitute 1 more oz of cheese OR 2oz of cooked meat of your choice OR 3oz of cooked beans to complete the protein.
