Carrot (not cake) Overnight Oats

This absolutely tastes like Easter to me. When I take the great flavors I love and create a healthy Bright Line Eating friendly recipe, I find I don’t even miss the NMF item from “my previous life.” I don’t eat sugar or flour (This month makes 1year 100% free of all forms of sugars and flours) so I get creative! It feels freeing and powerful to me. This is a simple, make ahead, broke da mouth (as we would say in Hawaii, means “so yummy”) breakfast option. For busy mornings this can be a lifesaver…grab the jar, a spoon and go (nothing to add, nothing to cook) but tastes like EASTER! Enjoy and Happy Easter Y’all!!!!
